Bytecove Software ("we," "our," or "us") developed FieldCalc Pro ("the App") as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Do Not Collect

FieldCalc Pro is designed with your privacy as a priority. The App:

Data Storage

All data you enter into the App, including calculator inputs, saved projects, company information, and preferences, is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

Subscriptions

FieldCalc Pro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any billing details. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The only external interaction is with Apple's StoreKit framework for processing in-app subscriptions, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
