Welcome to Blox Breaker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blox Breaker mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Bytecove Software ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Blox Breaker is a block-breaking arcade game that allows you to:
- Play through 400+ levels across 8 unique themed worlds
- Collect and use power-ups to enhance gameplay
- Customize your experience with ball skins, glow effects, bullet trails, hit effects, and block break animations
- Compete in daily challenges for bonus rewards
- Test your skills in endless mode
- Earn and spend in-game currency (coins and gems)
2. Eligibility
- Blox Breaker is available to users of all ages
- In-app purchases require Apple ID authentication and are subject to Apple's parental controls
- Parents or guardians are responsible for any in-app purchases made by minors
3. In-Game Currency and Purchases
Virtual Currency
- Blox Breaker uses two in-game currencies: Coins and Gems
- These currencies are earned through gameplay (completing levels, daily challenges, etc.)
- Coins and gems can be used to purchase cosmetic items in the in-game shop (ball skins, glow effects, trail effects, etc.)
- Virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded
4. Subscription Plans
Free Tier
- Access to 5 worlds (250 levels)
- Endless mode and daily challenges
- In-game shop with coins and gems
- Standard coin and gem earning rates
Premium Monthly ($0.99/month)
- 5 exclusive Premium Power-Ups (Splash Damage, Piercing Shots, Lightning Chain, Mega Bomb, and 2x Pickups)
- 3 Premium Worlds: Volcanic Core, Frozen Citadel, and Shadow Realm (150 additional levels)
- 2x coin and gem earnings on all gameplay
- Free continue once per game after Game Over
- 1x starter power-up pack (one of each power-up)
Premium Yearly ($9.99/year)
- All Monthly Premium benefits
- 12x starter power-up pack (twelve of each power-up)
Important Subscription Information:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions)
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries based on App Store regional pricing
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or hack the App
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Manipulate or exploit bugs to gain in-game currency or items
- Circumvent subscription or purchase restrictions
- Share your subscription or account access with others
6. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, code, graphics, animations, sound effects, music, and all content, is owned by Bytecove Software and protected by intellectual property laws
- All world themes, level designs, power-up concepts, and visual effects are proprietary
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without written permission
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. Blox Breaker stores all data locally on your device and does not collect or transmit personal information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs
- Game progress will never be lost (we recommend keeping your device backed up)
- All features will be available at all times
- The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYTECOVE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS, VIRTUAL CURRENCY, OR IN-APP PURCHASES.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Apple's Terms
This App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
