How do I generate a meal plan?

From the Meal Plan tab, tap "Generate Meal Plan" and select your preferences (number of days, etc.). The AI will create a personalized plan based on your diet goals, allergies, and preferences set during onboarding.

How do I change my diet preferences?

Go to Settings → Diet Goals to update your diet type (Keto, Vegan, etc.), or Settings → Allergies & Restrictions to update food allergies.

Why can't I generate more meal plans?

Free users get 1 meal plan generation per month. Premium subscribers get up to 30. Your limit resets on the 1st of each month. Upgrade to Premium for more generations.

How does the barcode scanner work?

The barcode scanner (Premium feature) uses the Open Food Facts database. Tap the barcode icon in the Nutrition tab, point your camera at a food barcode, and the nutrition info will appear. Note: Not all products are in the database.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings (iPhone) → Your Name → Subscriptions → PlateFlow → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This will restore your Premium access if you previously subscribed.

Is my data backed up?

Yes! All your data syncs to your iCloud account automatically. If you get a new device, just sign in with the same Apple ID and your data will sync.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to bottom → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data. This action cannot be undone.
